The hotel offers a beautiful and tranquil environment with incredibly friendly staff. However, the dining options could use some improvement, as certain meals were overpriced and not particularly memorable. The spa facilities have strict age restrictions that can hinder family visits, which was disappointing for us.

The shower facilities were simply cramped, making for an uncomfortable experience!!! Also, the evening entertainment felt outdated, lacking excitement and appeal for younger guests!!!

I had an amazing time enjoying the beautiful spa and relaxing in the outdoor swimming pool. The peaceful atmosphere was just what I needed, especially with the wonderful massage options available. One little hiccup was that there wasn't any onsite parking, but finding street parking nearby wasn't a huge deal. 😊

The Botanico Y Oriental Spa Garden offers superb facilities, including impeccably maintained gardens and a heated outdoor pool that provides a tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was extensive, featuring fresh tropical fruits, an array of cheeses and cold cuts, and a selection of pastries. The staff were attentive and made my business stay enjoyable and productive.

Room service was inconsistent, and the drinks during dinner were not included in the half-board plan.

However, the evening entertainment felt outdated and didn't appeal to my taste. The air conditioning in my room struggled a bit during peak heat, which was uncomfortable at times. Considering the age of the hotel, a few areas seemed to need a refresh, but this did not detract significantly from my experience. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

Had an amazing time with friends! The pools and gardens were stunning, and we loved visiting The Kreisel aquarium. Watching the jellyfish change colors was mesmerizing. For a nice dinner, Da Arianna is a must-try for delicious Italian food. The staff were super friendly, and the room was clean and comfy. Just a heads up that the restaurants on-site can be a bit pricey.
